Success Story – July – Lushen Evans

We are excited to celebrate the success of Mr. Lushen Evans. Mr. Evans had an extensive hospital stay resulting in open heart surgery with many setbacks along the way.

 Prior to his hospitalization he was enjoying time at home with his wife and family. Upon admission he needed extensive help for all his daily activities.

After 4 weeks of hard work and dedication Mr. Evans was able to return home to his wife. He still requires supervisor for daily activities however he has strong family support and will continue his road to recovery within his home with his loved ones surrounding him.
