Please join us in celebrating Ms. Brewer for her success with stay with us at Oakbrook Health and Rehab! Ms. Brewer presented to Oakbrook due to a hospitalization for bowel obstruction and generalized weakness.
Upon arrival to the facility patient required extensive assistance for toileting, lower body bathing and transfers. After completing rehab for several weeks patient will be returning home at prior level of ambulating 150 ft with supervision; she was able to complete all her self-care tasks with supervision.
Ms. Brewer was a pleasure to have at Oakbrook, and she would like to thank the facility for helping her through this journey. She states “I will always remember the smiles and faces here. I will truly miss you all!”
