Please join us in celebrating the therapy success of Samantha Mabe. She has been on quite a journey throughout the past 10 years from being in a coma to being bed ridden to being at wheelchair level and everything in between. Upon admission, Samantha was showing deficits in the areas of mobility and self-care.

After participating in the therapy program at Oakbrook Health and Rehab and giving it everything she had no matter the situation, I am proud to say that Samantha was able to meet all therapy goals including ambulating long distances with a walker with stand by assistance.

She has had a tough journey, but we are so proud of her and her stay with us! She will be returning home with family support!
