Oakbrook Health and Rehab would like to highlight the success of Mr. Brenard Babson!

Mr. Babson was admitted to Oakbrook after a hospitalization for encephalopathy, anemia, and other medical complications. After his hospitalization, he was limited by pain, balance, and endurance. He required occupational and physical therapy before returning home because he needed help to safely complete transfers, walking and activities of daily living.

Mr. Babson was very motivated to get stronger and return home! He has participated daily with his therapies and has shown great improvements! With help from the team at Oakbrook, we are thrilled to report that Mr. Babson will return home with community support!
